Job Description
We are seeking 7 energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our business in the garments accessories sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell garments accessories products to factories, buying houses, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Garments Accessories industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the garments and textile industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
