Job Description
We are seeking 7 dynamic and customer-focused Female Executives for our Customer Care Service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet customer service quality standards and performance targets.
- Prepare customer service reports as required.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Education
- Bachelor/Honors

- Age At least 25 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
