Senior Operator - Coating Plant, Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd.
Job Description
Operate and control the coating line from the control room or machine console by maintaining proper tension, speed, and drying temperature according to paper grade requirements.
Ensure proper machine start-up and shutdown by checking all related equipment and cleaning systems before stopping operations.
Monitor product quality continuously through visual inspection and test results, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
Identify machine and process issues quickly and make real-time adjustments to maintain smooth coating operations.
Support maintenance activities in coordination with service departments to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Follow safety, environmental, and workplace regulations while handling coating chemicals and related materials.
Supervise and guide junior operators to ensure proper shift operations and discipline.
Coordinate shift handover activities and maintain accurate production log sheets and records.
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Paper
Education
- JSC / JDC / 8 pass
