Manager - Coating Plant, Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd.

Plan, organize, and control daily coating production activities to ensure smooth operations in coordination with pulping, paper machine, and coating operators.

Monitor and optimize coating machine performance by controlling key process parameters such as speed, coat weight, and drying conditions to ensure consistent production efficiency.

Ensure coated paper quality compliance with required standards including grammage, gloss, PPS, opacity, and printability through continuous process monitoring and testing.

Analyze production defects such as streaks, wrinkles, coating skips, and other quality deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for coating machines and dryers to minimize breakdowns, downtime, and production losses.

Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards across the coating plant.

Manage and optimize raw material consumption including pigments, binders, and additives to reduce cost and improve overall process efficiency.

Drive operational excellence by reducing machine downtime, minimizing off-grade production, and improving overall yield.

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of coating operators, shift supervisors, and technical staff to ensure high productivity and discipline.

Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and achievement of production targets.
