Senior Education Consultant

We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and experienced Senior Counselor to join our growing team at our Dhaka office. The selected candidate will guide students throughout the overseas education admission process and help them choose suitable study opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.

Communicate with prospective students over the phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Provide proper counselling to students and parents who visit the office.
• Assess students’ academic qualifications, study interests, preferred countries, and future goals.
• Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, application procedures, and visa-related steps.
• Collect, check, and organize students’ academic and supporting documents.
• Prepare or assist in preparing students’ CVs and Statements of Purpose (SOPs).
• Submit student applications through university or institutional online portals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with students and update them about their application progress.
• Coordinate with the admission and documentation teams to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain proper records of student enquiries, applications, documents, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, universities, and institutional partners.
• Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
• Provide professional support to students throughout the admission process.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Call Center

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• BRAC University,North South University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
