Job Description
পেশাদারভাবে আগত গ্রাহকদের কল গ্রহণ এবং পরিচালনা করুন।
প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি স্পষ্টভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করুন এবং গ্রাহকদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিন।
সম্ভাব্য প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের আমাদের ওয়েল্ডিং এবং পাইপ ফিটার কোর্সে ভর্তি হতে রাজি করান।
মাইক্রোসফ্ট ওয়ার্ড এবং এক্সেল ব্যবহার করে রেকর্ড বজায় রাখুন এবং ডেটা পরিচালনা করুন।
সেলস করতে পারলে মার্কেটিং এর মাধ্যমে ৫০ হাজার থেকে ১ লক্ষ টাকা কমিশন পাবে, স্যালারি ছাড়া।
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Coaching Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in operating computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
