Job Description
Draft, review, and vet legal opinions, agreements, deeds, notices, and other legal documents.
Assist in banking, corporate, commercial, and land documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal reports.
Liaison with clients, government offices, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
Maintain legal files and documentation.
Perform other legal assignments as directed by the Head of Chamber.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Law Firm
Education
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Master of Law (LLM)
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
Experience in banking and corporate documentation will be given preference.
