RO/ARM/RM-CMSME: Islamic Banking Branch & Windows (Officer- SEO)

• Identify, acquire and onboard new CMSME customers to achieve business growth targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering prompt, professional and value-added banking services.

• Achieve investment, deposit and other business targets through cross-selling and up-selling Shariah-compliant banking products and services.

• Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities, assess financing needs and strengthen customer relationships.

• Analyze customers' financial position, assess investment viability and prepare investment proposals in accordance with the Bank's investment policies.

• Ensure compliance with Shariah principles, Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT, KYC and internal policies throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Monitor portfolio performance, repayment behavior and early warning signals to maintain asset quality and minimize non-performing investments (NPI).

• Prepare call reports, investment proposals, customer reviews, MIS reports and maintain complete and accurate customer documentation.

• Coordinate with Investment Risk Management, Operations, Investment Administration, Compliance, Audit, Legal and other support units to ensure timely processing and service delivery.

• Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly to ensure a seamless banking experience.

• Ensure proper execution of account opening, fund transfers, e-GP and other branch banking services in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Management.

• At least 3 years

• MBA/MBM/Master’s degree or four year Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities having no 3rd class in academic records.

• Candidate having minimum 16 years of schooling will be eligible.

• Any professional degree in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma will be added advantage.  

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 03 (three) years of experience in the Investment Desk of an Islamic Banking Branch, Sub-Branch or Islamic Banking Window of a reputed commercial bank or financial institution.      

• Preference will be given to candidates having MTO/PO background in commercial banks/ financial institution.
