Manager (Technical)

Badgetex Apparels Ltd. is a 100% Export oriented Readymade Garments Industry that is looking for a highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the garments division for the following:

Job Location: Badgetex Apparels Ltd., : Plot # P/6-A, Mohora I/A, Mohora, Chandgaon, Chattogram.

• Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.

• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.

• Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to garment production and quality control.

• Assessing and reviewing foreign buyer satisfaction and service recovery process.

• Communication with customers.

• Follow up the bra pattern and sample development (sewing line) to determine the correct bra size and fit, ensuring comfort and support.

• Capable of being certified as a nominated self-certified fit technician of renewed brands/Buyer.

• Inspecting samples for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet brand standards and customer expectations.

• Assisting clients with fitting sessions, and providing expert advice on bra selection based on individual needs and preferences.

• Collaborating with designers to create bra styles that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in Engineering
• Higher Secondary

• Age 40 to 50 years

Salary & Allowance: Basic Salary $ 3,500.00, House rent $ 600.00, Conveyance Allowance $ 300.00 per month.
