Production Planning & Control (PPC) Officer / Senior Officer – Apparel

We are looking for a result-oriented and technically competent PPC Officer / Senior Officer to manage production planning, order execution, capacity utilization, and production monitoring in an export-oriented apparel manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of FastReact software and be capable of effectively coordinating production plans with merchandising, IE, production, quality, commercial, and other relevant departments.

• Prepare and maintain production plans, line loading plans, capacity plans, and production schedules based on order requirements.

• Monitor daily production against planned targets and identify deviations, bottlenecks, and potential delivery risks.

• Prepare and update WIP, TNA, production status, capacity utilization, and order tracking reports.

• Ensure smooth production planning from order booking through shipment.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, Commercial, and other departments to ensure timely order execution.

• Analyze line capacity, efficiency, manpower, machine availability, SMV, and production performance for effective planning.

• Monitor style-wise and order-wise production progress and take corrective actions when required.

• Maintain accurate PPC data and reports through FastReact and relevant ERP/MIS systems.

• Support management with production forecasting, capacity analysis, and shipment planning.

• Identify production constraints and communicate critical issues to the concerned management in a timely manner.

• Ensure proper follow-up of priority orders, urgent styles, and shipment-critical production plans.

• Practical working knowledge of FastReact software is mandatory.

• Candidates without hands-on FastReact experience will not be considered.

• Strong knowledge of apparel production planning and control.

• Good understanding of capacity planning, line loading, production scheduling, WIP, TNA, and order tracking.

• Strong command of MS Excel and production reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders and priorities.

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or relevant academic background from a recognized institution.

• Age At least 26 years

• Practical working knowledge of FastReact software is mandatory.

• Candidates without hands-on FastReact experience will not be considered.
