Manager - Brand & Marketing

Are you a creative strategist passionate about food, culture, and lifestyle branding? Café Sao Paulo is looking for a dynamic Manager – Brand & Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, engage our community, and take our lifestyle F&B brand to new heights!

What You’ll Do

• Brand Identity & Strategy: Define, nurture, and evolve the unique voice, visual identity, and aesthetic of Café Sao Paulo across all touchpoints.

• Integrated B2C Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor creative marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events to boost footfall and brand engagement.

• Content Creation & Social Media: Manage end-to-end content calendars, curate high-impact social media storytelling, and produce engaging visual assets (photos/videos).

• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and customer trends to optimize reach and ROI.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Age At least 22 years

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Branding/Marketing. Specific experience in the F&B, Hospitality, or Lifestyle sector is highly preferred.

• Content Skills: Exceptional expertise in visual storytelling, short-form video content creation, and social media management.

• Tech & Creative Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO basics.

• Strategic Mindset: A strong mix of creative vision, market trend awareness, and data-driven execution.
