Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensure projects are delivered on time, maintain operational efficiency, and support business growth. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations across design, development, and marketing teams.
Conduct client meetings, gather project requirements, and maintain professional client relationships.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor project progress.
Follow up with designers, developers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.
Maintain project timelines, SOPs, and internal workflows.
Coordinate content publishing and ensure marketing assets are delivered on schedule.
Update CRM, project management tools, and internal trackers.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Experience
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) is preferred.
Candidates with strong spoken and written English skills may apply even if they have completed only HSC or equivalent.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
