Visa Counselor / Executive - Work Permit

Job Context

Bissas Tours and Travels is looking for well-spoken, energetic, and target-driven Female Visa Counselors to handle client consultations regarding Work Permit Visas. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing client communications over the phone as well as conducting face-to-face sessions when clients visit the office.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Phone Consultation: Handle incoming phone calls from clients, explain Work Permit Visa opportunities, clear their doubts, and follow up regularly.

• In-Person Counseling: Receive clients visiting the office and conduct detailed face-to-face counseling sessions to explain visa processes, requirements, and package details.

• Client Relationship & Conversion: Understand client requirements, build trust, and convert phone/walk-in inquiries into potential candidates/registrations.

• Profile Evaluation: Assess client documents and profiles to guide them on suitable overseas work permit options.

• Information Support: Provide accurate and updated information regarding country policies, processing fees, and timelines.

• Record Keeping: Maintain daily record logs of call histories, office visitors, and lead follow-up statuses.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing

• Age 21 to 30 years
• Only Female
