Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Create new and unique perfume fragrances.
Develop perfume, body spray, attar, air freshener, and related products.
Determine the correct ratio of fragrance oil, alcohol, fixatives, and other ingredients.
Improve fragrance longevity, projection, quality, and stability.
Match, modify, and improve fragrances from reference samples.
Conduct fragrance trials and laboratory testing.
Maintain formula records and ensure confidentiality.
Support production and maintain batch consistency.
Research fragrance trends and customer preferences.
Train junior laboratory and production staff.
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering, Chemistry
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 55 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 10 years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development.
- Experience in Bangladesh or abroad.
- Strong nose sensitivity and fragrance-recognition ability.
- Excellent fragrance creativity and new-product development skills.
- Knowledge of fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma chemicals, alcohol, and fixatives.
- Ability to work independently and lead fragrance development.
