Job Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, budget, and timeline.

• Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings, including layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

• Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and presentation materials for client approvals.

• Collaborate with Principal architect and design teams.

• Ensure project quality and meet deadlines

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Candidates with B.Arch. from BUET, AUST, BRAC, UAP, AIUB and other reputed universities will be given preference

• Age At least 24 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer/Lumion/D5, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, lighting, furniture design, and construction techniques.

• Excellent visualization, presentation, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.
