About the Company

Notun Thikana Properties Ltd. is a trusted real estate company specializing in property sales, rentals, property management, and real estate consultancy. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Brand Promoter to strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Company`s real estate projects and services.

• Conduct live presentations on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Create engaging promotional videos and marketing content.

• Represent the Company at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Communicate effectively with potential clients and respond to inquiries.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to generate quality leads.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Company`s brand image.

• Submit daily and weekly activity reports to Management.

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor`s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business-related subjects preferred).

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Female

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in brand promotion, digital marketing, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Confident speaking in front of a camera.

• Knowledge of Facebook Live, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Smart, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Basic computer and internet skills.
