Visa & Tour Package Consultant
Job Description
Provide accurate and up-to-date visa requirement information for multiple countries.
Stay informed about changes and updates in visa rules, policies, and procedures.
Accurately complete visa application forms (both manual and online).
Collect and organize all required documents from clients for visa processing.
Verify client documents, including passports, bank statements, employment letters, and invitation letters.
Submit visa applications to embassies or visa centers and track application status.
Act as a liaison between clients and embassies/visa centers.
Handle visa-related queries, follow-ups, and rejections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all processed visa applications.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and embassy regulations.
Candidates who can bring in new clients or contribute to business growth will be given preference.
Candidate should be able to curate different kinds of holiday and tour packages.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
