Deputy Manager - Architect
Job Description
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Develop architectural working drawings, construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.
Ensure all architectural designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, Fire Safety Code, and other applicable laws.
Prepare and process drawings for approval from RAJUK and other regulatory authorities.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved architectural drawings.
Review contractor shop drawings and recommend necessary modifications.
Resolve design-related issues during construction and provide technical support to project teams.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare project documentation, design reports, and progress updates.
Ensure quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of architectural works.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Architecture or Management.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
Education
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
Strong knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK Building Rules, Fire Safety Regulations, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and other architectural software.
Knowledge of BIM software will be an added advantage.
Excellent design, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
