Assistant Engineer (Fridge Production )- Mechanical & IP

Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.

Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.

Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

Producing details of specifications and outline designs.

Recommending modifications following prototype test results.

Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.

Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.

Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.

Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.

Floor wise production plan forecasting and complete production report submit.

You will be responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of your assigned unit.

Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE

B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from public university (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, SUST, DUET) only.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Planning

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Supply Chain

Candidates who are expert in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning section are encouraged to apply.

Must have a good academic result.
