Manager – Operations (German Language Expert)
Job Description
The Manager - German Language Speaker will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring service excellence, maintaining communication with German stakeholders and officials, and leading operational teams to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Maintain effective communication with German-speaking clients, stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for German-language communications, translation, and interpretation requirements.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels (SLAs), and turnaround times (TATs).
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local and international compliance requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to enhance productivity, service quality, and employee engagement.
Monitor customer experience standards and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage escalations, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
Conduct regular operational reviews, audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain process integrity and service standards.
Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Ensure accurate documentation, data management, and reporting with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management to meet business demands.
Contribute to business growth initiatives by supporting client relationships, service expansions, and strategic operational projects.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Multinational Companies, Hotel, Airline, Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
Fluent in English & German language (Written & Spoken).
German Language Certification - MInimum B1 (B2/C1/C2, Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, or equivalent) will be highly preferred.
