Audit / Credit Recovery Executive

We are leading and rapidly growing agrochemical and seed company in Bangladesh, committed to delivering innovative crop solutions to farmers. To strengthen our technical and marketing team, we are looking for dynamic, passionate and result oriented professional for the following positions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue payments.

• Conduct routine and special financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with company policies and legal regulations.

• Identify financial risks, operational bottlenecks, and internal control weaknesses, proposing practical solutions.

• Contact delinquent account holders via phone, email and travel to negotiate payment terms, settlements, or structured payment plans.

• Investigate payment discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and trace missing debtors.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all communications, payment commitments and collection efforts in our system.

• Ensure all recovery practices comply with company policy, legal standards, and industry regulations.

• Reporting: Track collection metrics and prepare regular updates for management.

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Age At least 25 years

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Credit Recovery Executive, Collections Specialist, or similar role.

• Strong persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with collections software, CRM tools, and MS Excel.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact, patience, and a high level of professionalism.

• Working knowledge of credit regulations and debt recovery laws.
