Dispensing Pharmacist, Pharmacy Department.

Job Location: Labaid Hospitals Dhanmondi (Cardiac & Specialized)

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispense Prescriptions: Make sure to indent or prescription-wise “three Rs” - Right Patient, Right Drug, and Right Dose & Dosage form with proper labeling or Guideline.

• Keep record & inform the in-charges for shortlisted products.

• Drug Sales, Store & shelving: Ensure prescription-wise and /or indent-wise sales are accurate.

• Must ensure individual sales vouchers or money receipts.

• Ensure proper shelving for prescription drugs, OTC drugs, and other medication and healthcare items (Surgical & Disposable items).

• Maintain proper shelving of Narcotic drugs, LASA drugs, High Risk medication, Emergency drugs, short expiry, expired medications, and all over must follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedure in daily works.

• Diploma/BSc in Pharmacy from a recognized educational institute.
• Candidates must have a valid Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB) registration.
