Job Description

Purpose of the job:

To maximize passenger revenue and yield across designated international and domestic route networks by accurately forecasting passenger demand, optimizing inventory allocation, and executing dynamic pricing strategies.

The Executive, Revenue Management, ensures the optimal balance between load factor and average fare, leveraging data analytics and competitive intelligence to drive RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer) growth while accounting for the distinct operational, regulatory, and seasonal dynamics of domestic vs. international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhancing net revenue by analyzing market trends, benchmarking competitor behavior, and executing strategic revenue initiatives.

Optimizing revenue across all destinations (domestic & international routes) through competitive pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.

Ensuring balanced demand distribution across all booking classes.

Enhancing flight performance through analysis of historical and past performance data

Analyzing and interpreting financial data and flight load to identify potential areas of improvement.

Supporting data-driven forecasting and planning processes

Maintaining effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams

Formulating and presenting analytical, data-backed recommendations to support management decision-making

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Expertise in pricing strategy and revenue optimization.

Proficient in data analysis using MS Office and business intelligence (BI) tools, etc.

In-depth knowledge of airline Revenue Management Systems (RMS).

Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitor benchmarking.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.

Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated responsiveness to sudden demand fluctuations or system changes.

Adaptive in revising strategies during operational disruptions.

Experience

  • At most 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements
