Innoflow BD Co., Ltd. is a leading global manufacturing enterprise specializing in high-quality plush toys and advanced sewing manufacturing. We are establishing an advanced production facility in Bhaluka to serve international export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete factory floor operations, machinery calibration, and specialized plush toy production lines and full responsibilities.
- Implement advanced technical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards compliant with international buyer requirements (US/EU safety standards).
- Supervise and train local technical personnel, establishing efficient production execution systems.

Experience
- At least 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 45 years
- Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in specialized plush toy or advanced textile manufacturing factory management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing sites and overseas expansion projects.
- Strong leadership skills with proficiency in Korean or Chinese. Proficiency in both languages is preferred.
