Service Manager
Job Description
Oversee and manage all aspects of training centre operations, including Front Office, Floorsaff, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and Cleanliness, Pest control & Laundry Services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments / sections.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest / trainee / trainer satisfaction and maintain smooth delivery of services.
Ensure smooth class scheduling and student support.
Increase student admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Oversee marketing and promotional activities.
Handle student inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Monitor attendance, performance, and overall centre quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Manage fee collection and basic financial records.
Maintain a professional, safe, and organized learning environment.
Report directly to the Director/Owner and ensure business growth
Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality through structured daily, weekly, and monthly programs.
Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.
Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, trainee, trainers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations, health, and safety standards.
Manage daily operations of the training centre.
Supervise trainers and administrative staff.
Conduct smooth training, Workshops, Meetings, Seminars and ensure all the necessary facilities related with this.
Receiving and forwarding documents received regarding recruitment organized by the HR Department.
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports (income statements)
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
Education
- Masters
