Transport In-Charge, Akij Cement Company Limited

Overall monitoring and control of company truck fleet operations.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate with the workshop to ensure maximum vehicle availability.

Maintain all vehicle documents, statutory compliance, and fleet-related records.

Perform transport fleet operation-related activities in the iBOS ERP system, ensuring accurate vehicle allocation, shipment monitoring, trip updates, and timely reporting.

Check daily vehicle availability, driver attendance, and previous day's pending operational issues.

Assign company trucks based on delivery requirements and operational priorities.

Monitor loading, dispatch, unloading, and resolve transportation issues or delays.

Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Workshop, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Conduct daily coordination meetings with Distribution and Delivery Officers regarding delivery status and vehicle requirements.

Monitor fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, vehicle performance, and prepare operational reports.

Handle transport operational issues, vehicle breakdowns, and emergency situations.

Plan vehicle allocation and transport requirements for the next day's operations.

Perform any other transport and fleet management activities as assigned by management.
