Toll Booth Operator (Toll Collector)

A leading group of companies is seeking sincere, disciplined, and responsible individuals for the position of Toll Booth Operator. The role involves accurate toll collection, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth traffic flow, while strictly adhering to company procedures and operational guidelines.

• Collect toll fees from vehicles accurately and efficiently.

• Operate toll collection software and ensure accurate data entry.

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted vehicle movement.

• Perform duties in rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, and holidays).

• Maintain and reconcile daily cash collections with system records.

• Submit collected cash and reports to the Accounts Department after each shift.

• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or technical issues immediately.

• Follow company rules, SOPs, and maintain professional conduct at all times.

• SSC

• Age At least 18 years

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)

• Good typing speed and numerical accuracy

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (mandatory)

• Honest, punctual, and responsible

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit and willing to work long hours if required
