Sub Branch In-Charge, (EO to PO) Noakhali, Feni, Bogura, Sirajgong

To manage a sub branch which involves growing business in terms of the loan, liabilities, customer base and revenue.

Ensure sub branch profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of assets and liabilities.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager and sales teams to achieve branch targets.

Promote bank products and services, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to revenue generation.

Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to promote financial literacy.

Ensure cost optimization for the sub branch.

Ensure all business transaction are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure Proper documentation to mitigate risks.

Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank

Candidates bearing sub branch In-Charge related professional qualification will be preferable.

Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.
