Deputy Chief Business Officer (DCBO) - Home Appliances

• Support the Chief Business Officer in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion of Home & Kitchen Appliance products.

• Responsible for managing and monitoring key business operations, including capacity utilisation, operational efficiency, succession planning, capability development, BOM management, cost and profitability analysis, Research & Innovation (R&I), sourcing, production planning and manpower planning.

• Monitoring & coordinating all factory-related activities, including Production Management, Quality Management, Customer Service Management, Logistics & Distribution, and Inventory.

• To collaborate with Research & Innovation (R&I) and product development teams to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring innovative product offerings.

• Analyse market data, customer insights and financial reports to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&I, sales and supply chain teams to ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into product features and marketing plans.

• Ensure the company operates in compliance with regulations & standards.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

BSc/MSc in EEE/IPE/ME Engineering from any reputed university.

• Age At least 30 years

• Should have knowledge of Product development.

• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational improvements.

• Should have knowledge to develop innovative products aligned with customer needs and market trends.

• Ensure timely execution of new product development (NPD), localization and value engineering initiatives.

• Knowledge of process, quality and cost optimization will get an advantage.

• Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations.

• Must have clear knowledge about export-import.
