Sr. Manager- CIVIL

1. Ensure all factory buildings and civil infrastructure fully comply with BNBC, RSC, Nirapon, and all applicable government regulations, maintaining structural integrity and audit readiness.

2. Lead and oversee all civil engineering projects, including new construction, renovations, structural modifications, and factory expansion works, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution.

3. Prepare, review, and maintain CAD drawings, structural designs, Single Line Drawings (SLDs), load calculations, and engineering documentation required for statutory, buyer, and compliance audits.

4. Manage civil contractors, vendors, and project resources by monitoring material quality, work progress, safety standards, contract performance, and budget utilisation.

5. Conduct periodic structural assessments, risk evaluations, and condition inspections, implementing timely Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to address deficiencies and ensure safe operations.

6. Supervise, mentor, and develop the Civil Engineering team, monitor project performance, and provide regular progress reports, technical recommendations, and strategic updates to senior management.
