Jr. Merchandiser/Merchandiser

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Jr. Merchandiser/Merchandiser We are recognized as Green factory in Adamjee-EPZ in Bangladesh. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing casual denim and kids wear. 1. Handle buyers' inquiries and follow up on orders from development to shipment.

2. Coordinate with buyers regarding samples, approvals, comments, and production status.

3. Prepare costing sheets and assist in price negotiations.

4. Follow up on sample development, fabric, trims, and accessories.

5. Coordinate with Commercial, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.

6. Monitor Time & Action (T&A) calendar and ensure milestone completion.

7. Track fabric and trims status to avoid production delays.

8. Prepare order sheets, purchase requisitions, and merchandising reports.

9. Follow up on lab dips, fit samples, PP samples, size sets, and shipment samples.

10. Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

11. Resolve production and shipment-related issues through effective communication.

12. Maintain all merchandising documents and buyer correspondence.

13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly merchandising status reports.

14. Support senior management in achieving shipment targets and customer satisfaction.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments

• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

Candidates have 1-2 years experience in Merchandising-Woven(Bottom)
