Jr. Executive/ Executive, Distribution

Job Context: Akhtar Group, a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh seeks smart, dynamic, dedicated, target-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Department.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management and Control: Must have proper knowledge on Inventory Management and Control.
• Delivery Planning & Scheduling: Must have proper knowledge to prepare Delivery Planning & Scheduling based on customer orders & priorities, location, and transport availability & capacity etc.
• Delivery Execution & Monitoring:
• Supervise loading/unloading to avoid damage and ensure complete delivery.
• Maintain communication with drivers and customers before and/or during delivery trips.
• Troubleshoot issues such as delays, product mismatch, or damage during transit. 
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain delivery schedules, trip sheets, and acknowledgment receipts.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels and delivery performance. 
• Relationship & Communication: Develop and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship and ensure proper communication with all concerns. 
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure delivery maintaining company policies, road safety rules, and product handling standards.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Furniture Manufacturer

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male
