Assistant Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director & CEO

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will shape and protect CRAB’s corporate reputation. This role leads media engagement, content strategy, and brand visibility—delivering clear, consistent communications to financial regulators, institutional stakeholders, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content for corporate and external communications.
• Manage media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and maintain CRAB's social media platforms.
• Prepare internal communication materials and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate branding and communication activities with agencies and vendors.
• Draft press releases, coordinate media interviews, and respond to media queries.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor communication trends and recommend strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong content writing and editing skills.
• Experience in social media and digital communications.
• Strong media networking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of branding and corporate communications.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Canva AI for content creation and productivity.

Relevant experience in:

• Corporate communications, public relations, media relations and content development.

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor`s degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, Media Studies, English, or a relevant discipline.

• Age At least 29 years

Salary: BDT 30,000-40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
