Full Stack Developer - Laravel

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our IT team, focused primarily on website development, building, maintaining, and scaling modern, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will work across both back-end and front-end layers to deliver clean, well-structured websites and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using Laravel, PHP, and related technologies.

• API & Backend Services: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate with databases, third-party services, and frontend interfaces.

• Database Management: Design and optimize MySQL/MariaDB schemas, write efficient queries, and manage migrations.

• Front-End Implementation: Build responsive, cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js or React.

• Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways into websites.

• Security & Performance: Follow secure coding practices and ensure website performance and scalability.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

• Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features on schedule.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications

• Possession of relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful API design, and OOP principles.

• Hands-on experience with Eloquent ORM, migrations, and MySQL/MariaDB.

• Experience with authentication mechanisms (Laravel Breeze, Passport, or Sanctum).

• Solid grasp of Git and version control workflows.

• Good understanding of queues and background jobs in Laravel.

• Experience with Vue.js or React, and building responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Experience with payment gateway integrations

• Prior experience in enterprise or SaaS website projects

• Good eye for design and visual detail, with the ability to translate mockups into clean, polished interfaces
