Construction Foreman

Location: Port City Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Title: Construction Foreman / On-Site Field Supervisor

Category: Steel Fixer/Carpenter/Civil

Reports To: Site Engineer / Project manager

Contract Period: 2 Years

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Building & Construction Materials

• Higher Secondary
• Diploma

• Diploma in Engineering from any Polytechnic Institute or
• SSC/HSC from Vocational Education and Training or
• Minimum HSC

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

Job Requirements:

• Valid passport and No Criminal Record

• 15+ years of construction project experienceAt least 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role

• In depth understanding in construction drawing, work briefing to workers/labors, monitoring project works and finishing before the deadline

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or 3+ years of Vocational trade certification preferred

• Foreign country job experience preferred

• Fluent in English spoken and written

• Have experience in managing 50+ construction workers

• Salary: BDT 50,000-60,000 + Overtime Allowance

• Overtime payment after duty hours

• Sunday is designated for full day overtime
