About the Role

CARBARN is looking for a smart, responsible, and technically capable Marketing Automation Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a Computer Science or CSE background who is interested in marketing, AI automation, workflow development, data management, and business process improvement.

The selected candidate will work closely with our marketing, operations, and technical teams to develop automated marketing workflows, manage customer and lead data, improve campaign performance, and reduce repetitive manual work.

The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing platforms, APIs, automation tools, databases, and AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, email campaigns, customer engagement, and reporting
  • Automate repetitive marketing and operational tasks using Python, n8n, APIs, and AI workflow tools
  • Collect, organize, clean, and manage lead and customer data from different platforms
  • Build automated lead nurturing and follow-up systems based on customer activity, status, and communication history
  • Assist in creating automated email marketing campaigns using dynamic HTML templates
  • Integrate websites, CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, email platforms, and third-party services
  • Use APIs and webhooks to transfer data between different systems
  • Monitor automated workflows and quickly identify and resolve errors
  • Create marketing reports, dashboards, campaign summaries, and performance tracking systems
  • Assist with customer segmentation based on behaviour, vehicle interest, lead source, location, and engagement level
  • Use AI to analyse customer conversations, classify leads, generate communication drafts, and improve follow-up processes
  • Support Facebook, Google, email, website, and other digital marketing activities through automation and data analysis
  • Work with the technical team to improve internal marketing systems and software tools
  • Maintain proper documentation for workflows, integrations, scripts, and automation processes
  • Research and test new AI tools, automation platforms, and practical marketing technologies
  • Continuously explore ways to improve marketing efficiency, lead response time, data accuracy, and customer communication

Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Required Qualifications
  • Good understanding of Python
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, databases, and data handling
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, AI automation, and workflow improvement
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical automated solutions
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies

  • n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
  • OpenAI, Claude, OpenAI Agent Builder, OpenClaw, or other AI tools
  • Google Sheets automation and Google Apps Script

  • HTML and CSS for email templates
  • REST APIs and webhook integrations
