Factory Manager (Food Manufacturing Division)

• Manage the overall factory operations, production, and administration.

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Ensure timely production while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Supervise the production of Tea, Honey, Vinegar, Glucose Powder, Powdered Spices, Halim Mix, and other food products.

• Ensure compliance with BSTI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS, and all Food Safety regulations.

• Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards throughout the production process.

• Monitor raw materials, production efficiency, packaging, warehouse, and finished goods inventory.

• Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate factory personnel.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Accounts, Sales, and Supply Chain departments.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined working environment.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Mineral Water

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology, Applied Chemistry, Food & Nutrition

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Only candidates with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Food Manufacturing Industries are requested to apply.

• Applicants having proven experience in the production of Tea, Honey, Vinegar, Powdered Spices, Halim Mix, Glucose Powder, and other FMCG food products will receive the highest priority.

• Candidates with experience in factory setup, production planning, SOP implementation, QA/QC, food safety compliance, and team management are strongly encouraged to apply.
