Manager – Merchandising (Walmart Buyer)

Independently manage Walmart business, including current and previous business portfolios.

Maintain strong business relationships with Walmart teams in the USA, Canada, and Bangladesh.

Develop and onboard Walmart-approved manufacturing partners to support business expansion.

Prepare product costing, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive commercial offers.

Manage the complete order lifecycle from development to shipment through partner factories.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, QA, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor production status, resolve critical issues, and ensure buyer compliance requirements are met.

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
