Deputy Manager - Health, Safety & Environment
Job Description
Lead and manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across the manufacturing facility.
Serve as the EMS Lead and ensure effective implementation of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Conduct HIRA, JSA, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, GMP, Bangladesh Labour Law, DoE, FSCD, and company policies.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections, emergency drills, toolbox talks, and employee training.
Develop and maintain HSE policies, SOPs, KPIs, emergency plans, and related documentation.
Monitor fire safety, ETP operations, environmental compliance, hazardous waste, pest control, and contractor HSE performance.
Promote a strong safety culture and perform other HSE and EMS responsibilities assigned by management.
Experience
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
