KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and generate new business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Integrated Logistics Solutions.

• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and business meetings.

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Overseas Agents and Management to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.

• Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• An MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification will be considered an added advantage.

• Age At least 23 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
• Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience.
• Experience in an international freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain company will be highly preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong knowledge of International Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent command of both English and Bangla (written and spoken).
