SBC Supervisor

Symphony Mobile is seeking a dynamic SBC (Symphony Brand Consultant) Supervisor to recruit, train, and monitor the SBC team, ensuring smart phone sales targets are achieved and customers receive excellent support at the retail level in Dhaka, Chattogram, Barishal, Bogura, Mymensingh.

Job responsibilities:

• SBC activities follow-up and ensure SBC proper grooming.
• Prepare training materials and train SBC team on smartphone product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly SBC sales targets (Value & Quantity).
• Implement strategies for placement of slow-moving products in every SBC Shop.
• Conduct new SBC candidate Interview & deployment at retail Level.
• Identify poor performer SBC and take improvement action.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At most 25 years

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role in mobile handset industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze sales performance data.
