IT Officer (Garments Industry – Logic ERP) | Summary

Job Summary

• Maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and network.
• Provide technical support to office and factory users.
• Ensure high availability of IT systems, servers, and network services.
• Support and maintain Logic ERP across all business functions.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted IT operations for garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Network Administration: Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Logic ERP Support: Support ERP users, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and coordinate with the ERP vendor.
• Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, email, printer, and application-related issues.
• Server & Security: Perform data backups, monitor servers, manage user accounts, and implement IT security measures.
• CCTV & Biometric Systems: Maintain CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, biometric attendance, and access control systems.
• Vendor & Compliance: Coordinate with IT vendors and maintain documentation to support ISO and buyer compliance audits.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Experience

• 2–5 years of IT support experience in the garments or textile industry.
• Experience with Logic ERP Software is preferred.
• Manufacturing IT support experience is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Logic ERP administration and user support.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Router, switch, firewall, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• SQL Server basics and database backup (preferred).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• CCTV, biometric attendance, and access control systems.
• Data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain 99%+ system and network uptime.
• Resolve user support requests within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted Logic ERP operations.
• Complete scheduled backups and maintain data integrity.
• Keep IT asset records accurate and up to date.
• Minimize network and ERP downtime.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
