Counsellor

We are looking for a smart, confident, target-driven and presentable Student Counsellor to guide prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions and student visa applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into student visa file openings.
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and in person.
• Recommend suitable study destinations, universities and programs.
• Guide students on admission, visa requirements and documentation.
• Follow up with leads to maximize file opening and enrolment conversions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and processing team for smooth application handling.
• Promote Canada PR and Australia PR services to eligible clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.
• Achieve monthly student visa file opening and sales targets.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors
