Renaissance Decor Ltd. is bringing ETHNC, one of Pakistan’s leading fashion brands, to Bangladesh. As ETHNC’s official representative in Bangladesh, we are launching the brand’s flagship store at Centrepoint Mall, Uttara, Dhaka.

The Opportunity

To support this exciting launch, we are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and professional Retail Floor Associates to join our retail team. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting sales activities, maintaining store presentation standards, managing fitting room operations, assisting with cashiering functions, and ensuring effective stock handling and back-store organization.

Position Details

Location: ETHNC (Bangladesh) Store, Centre Point Mall, Uttara, Dhaka

Company: Renaissance Decor Ltd.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (roster-based)

Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Break: 1-hour meal break per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting room support, and checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish merchandise to brand standards.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Garments Accessories, Boutique/ Fashion, Shopping mall
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• HSC
• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, cashiering, stockroom, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, skills and performance in the interview
