In Charge of Store & Warehouse Dept.

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations.

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Inventory Management System.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.

• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.

• Knowledgeable about product purchase order (with local & foreign procurement)

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Ensure proper labelling, identification, and storage of materials.

• Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out), FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), or other inventory control methods where applicable.

• Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Ensure materials are protected from damage, loss, or deterioration.

3. Goods Receiving & Dispatch

• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Inspect received goods for quantity and quality.

• Coordinate timely dispatch of products according to delivery schedules.

• Ensure all documentation is complete before receiving or issuing goods.

4. Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse assistants, storekeepers, and support staff.

• Allocate daily work and monitor employee performance.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain stock registers and warehouse documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Logistics Startup

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 30 to 36 years
• Only Male

Qualifications:

Masters’/ Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Additional certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management is an advantage.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
