Assistant Manager / Manager (Credit Realization)
Job Description
Aasceend Group is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and performance-driven professional to join our Credit Realization Department. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in credit realization and collections within the Real Estate industry and possess strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Manage and supervise all credit realization and collection activities for the Real Estate business.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely realization of outstanding receivables.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment schedules and overdue accounts.
Prepare and monitor collection plans, aging reports, and periodic management reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer payment processes.
Resolve customer payment-related issues through effective negotiation and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures related to credit realization.
Lead and motivate the Credit Realization team to achieve collection targets.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate, Resort, Developer
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Credit Realization/Collections, with at least 1 year in the Real Estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of installment collection processes, customer account management, and receivable recovery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets within deadlines.
