Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular patrols across assigned locations in the Munshiganj and Gazipur belt to ensure the safety and security of company assets, facilities, and personnel.

  2. Identify security risks, suspicious activities, and operational irregularities, and report findings promptly with appropriate recommendations.

  3. Inspect security arrangements at factories, depots, warehouses, and project sites to ensure compliance with company security standards.

  4. Investigate security incidents, theft, vandalism, trespassing, or policy violations and prepare detailed incident reports.

  5. Coordinate with site management, security supervisors, local law enforcement, and relevant authorities to resolve security-related issues effectively.

  6. Verify the performance, discipline, attendance, and deployment of outsourced and in-house security personnel during field visits.

  7. Monitor the implementation of security policies, emergency procedures, and access control measures, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

  8. Submit regular patrol reports, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations to management while ensuring timely follow-up on identified issues.

Experience

  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Textile, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Furniture Manufacturer, Steel

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Preference will be given to candidates with training or certification in Security Management, Criminology, Defense Studies, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of security operations and risk assessment.

  • Ability to conduct investigations and prepare professional incident reports.

  • Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned belt.

  • Sound knowledge of emergency response and security compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office for report preparation and documentation.

  • High integrity, discipline, and decision-making capability.
