International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessories. ITL Group has global operations in 21 countries over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015.  It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Creating patterns using MuCAD software for the purpose of sample developing and batching.

• Supervise the full sample development cycle from weaving to the final delivery stage.

• Assist in the production planning for the day as needed.

• Assist the HOD in carrying out departmental and interdepartmental tasks and coordination.

• Track the departmental and individual team member’s KPIs for the week and monitor the progress.

• Compile and report weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to HOD.

• Achieve greater efficiency by implementing waste reduction strategies.

• Train the team members on the optimization of the processes and on the set quality benchmarks.

• Any other work assigned by the team leader and HOD.

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments Accessories

• Minimum Graduate from any discipline.

• Age At most 32 years

• 3-4 years in pattern making on MUCAD with proper scanning knowledge.

• Practical familiarity with the operation of MuCAD software is mandatory.

• Basic skills of Microsoft Excel are required for data keeping and report generation.

• Competent in receiving and sending professional emails.

• Proficient in English and can converse and write without major challenges.
