Doctor (Ukhiya Based)

• Address the medical issues of patients by referring to their history, diagnosis, care, therapy and referral, if appropriate.

• Maintain confidentiality at all times. Collect documents and retain confidential information about patients, such as details of exams, medical records and studies.

• Run minor operations and ensure providing quality health.

• Explain to patients the procedures or medications recommended. Supervise and monitor the activities of the clinical staffs at the facility

• Liaise with Neighborhood and Hospital care professionals.

• Promote health education in collaboration with other health care practitioners.

• Keep up to date with the medical, diagnosis, and drug developments.

• Keeping up meetings and communication with field officers

• Regular reporting to the Health Coordinator with progress report and required suggestions for service up-gradation

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age At least 27 years

• Previous clinical experience as a primary care provider
• Friendly and compassionate disposition
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Ability to cope with stress
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate
• Able to work independently
• Good communicator
• Good organizational skills
