Sr. Executive/Executive - Quality Assurance (QMS & Sewing)

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, buyer requirements and applicable quality standards.

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the sample, pre-production, sewing, finishing and final inspection stages as per buyer requirements.

• Conduct and coordinate PP meetings, final inspections, internal audits, process evaluations and quality-related meetings with buyers and cross-functional teams.

• Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives through Lean principles, Kaizen, root cause analysis and CAPA.

• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality documentation, SOPs, policies, QMS manuals, audit reports and relevant quality records.

• Identify and resolve quality issues through effective corrective and preventive actions, while coordinating with Sewing, Finishing and other relevant departments.

• Lead, evaluate and develop junior team members through performance monitoring, coaching, and training, while ensuring compliance with product safety requirements and buyer Code of Conduct.

• Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Graduation in any discipline/Textile Engineering from Public/reputed Private University.

• Age At most 38 years

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field.
